Deborah Rios established RCG in 2001 with the goal of sharing her 22 years of experience with the Hispanic community.  She specializes in small businesses and takes pride in the personal service that she and her staff offer each client.   Debbie is an IRS Enrolled Agent, a designation by the Internal Revenue Service which recognizes her as a tax expert.  This highly-respected designation allows her to represent her clients before the IRS.  She is a member of the National Society of Accountants, National Association of Tax Professionals and the American Society of Notaries.
